I've been wanting to make a blog on my site like this for since the idea of making a personal website first hit my brain, and here it is at long last.
Now, onto the fun stuff:
Vash plush!!!!!!
Got this little guy a week ago :] i've been wanting another plushie to add to my steadily growing collection for a good while now, and this plushie of Vash the Stampede from Trigun seems to be my next victim.
I've also been into Trigun for a couple of months now, and i adore it so much, so it was no doubt that i'd eventually get my hands of some merch from it.
As a bonus, here's a picture of my cat Inky after she knocked Vash off my desk. she's so mean :[!!!!!!
Imax theatre viewing of 2001: A space odyssey
Yesterday, I went to my local Imax theatre and watched the remaster of 2001: A space odyssesy, and oh my fucking god. Quite possibly one of the best movies i've ever seen.
I've watched it a couple times in the past, but i always had to stop it at some point due to it being over 2 hours long, and i have the worst attention span known to man. But i'm so glad this was the way i finally watched the film in full, with that absolutely massive screen and crystal clear audio.
I bet i'll be thinking about this movie for a long time with how much it's already affected me, especially due to HAL9000. You all know my fondness for AI by now im sure, so it's really no surprise that I ended up liking him so much.
